Due to the continuing spread of the COVID-19 virus and the impossibility of providing a safe in-person venue for our attendees, the CI2021 Meeting will take place in an entirely virtual format. While we will miss the excitement of meeting in person with colleagues and friends from around the US and beyond, we believe that this is the only viable option for us at this time. Register today to attend the conference virtually!

American Cochlear Implant Alliance
The American Cochlear Implant Alliance is a not-for-profit membership organization created with the purpose of eliminating barriers to cochlear implantation by sponsoring research, driving heightened awareness and advocating for improved access to cochlear implants for patients of all ages across the US. ACI Alliance members are clinicians, scientists, educators, and others on cochlear implant teams as well as parent and consumer advocates. An annual meeting for professional members is convened.
The CI2021 conference will foster dissemination of multi-disciplinary scientific information applicable to audiologists, physicians, speech pathologists, scientists, engineers, educators, students, advocates and others involved in cochlear implantation. The conference will provide attendees with opportunities to explore current and emerging topics for CI patients across the lifespan.
The program features presentations on a range of topics including telehealth, pediatric and adult cochlear implantation, innovations in audiology, (re)habilitation, surgical techniques and technologies, single-sided deafness, music appreciation, and addressing equity in cochlear implantation.
